I live in Calgary, Alberta with my husband and our young son. Growing up just a short distance from the mountains, I have always been passionate about exploring the outdoors and connecting with nature by bike or on foot. I cherish quality time with the people I love, making authentic connections, and finding plenty of reasons to belly-laugh along the way. You will often find me enjoying a good cup of coffee, seeking out a chocolate croissant, or indulging in anything with a peanut butter flavour!
People describe me as passionate, warm, and patient — qualities I value deeply and bring into my work as a therapist. My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a space that feels calm, welcoming, and collaborative. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change and I strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to show up as your whole self.
My Therapy Style is CURIOUS, ADAPTIVE, COMPASSIONATE, & REFLECTIVE!

My “Go-To” Therapy Models
From a young age, I was passionate about pursuing a career in a helping profession and making positive impacts on the lives of others. Before landing in the profession of social work, I started my career in the area of nursing within diverse healthcare settings. Through this experience, I became increasingly curious about the intersecting emotional and psychological needs of individuals and their families. My curiosity led me to further pursue my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Master’s Degree in Social Work with a specialization in mental health and health. In my role as a social worker, I have had the opportunity to build further experience in acute care settings, mental health/addictions, and women’s health. My most recent experience has included further pursuing my passion for women’s health and specializing in the area of perinatal mental health.
My counseling approach draws from my personal and professional experiences to help clients navigate life challenges, develop authentic connections, and foster sustainable, meaningful change. I can provide tailored approaches to the unique needs and goals of my clients while also utilizing evidence-based interventions. Together, we can find a path to increased resiliency, confidence, and happiness!
